We are Trent Windsurfing club, a busy, active windsurfing club who aim to cater for both beginners, intermediates and experts alike. If there is some wind then it’s likely that someone else will be out sailing so you’re unlikely to be on your own.
The “West Lake” is the best foiling lake, with a South-westerly being cross shore. No Wind Shadow from South/West, good launching close to shore.
Very basic facilities, but cheap membership. Spring Lakes is close by for amenities.
The lake is quite small, but nice flat water – perfect for gybe practice.
Water is open 24×7, but there is no rescue cover , so sailing is at your own risk.
Membership will get you key codes/keys to access the water.
